Delivery methods

• by courier, to the address you provide;
• pick-up from the supplier's store, if this was stated for the product or campaign at the time of purchase.

Delivery is made to the regions shown at the time of purchase.

Cost and time

The delivery cost and time depend on the product and the region and are shown before payment.

In a campaign, the delivery address can be changed when paying the remaining balance; the delivery cost is then recalculated.

Store pick-up

At the time of purchase you choose the city and the store. When the order is ready, you will receive an email.

At pick-up, please present:

• the order number;
• the pick-up code, if you received one in the email;
• an identity document.

The product is not handed over without an identity document.
