Payment Methods

How to pay

Payment is made by bank card, on the payment provider's secure page. Card details are processed only by the payment provider; they are not stored on our servers.

Prices

All prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) and include VAT. You see the amount payable, including the delivery cost, before you pay.

Payment time

When payment starts, the price and stock are reserved for 15 minutes.

If the payment was not completed, no money is taken and you can try again. If we receive the payment after the reservation has expired and the order can no longer be fulfilled, the amount is refunded in full to your card.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 5 business days, through the same payment provider, to the same card you paid with.
