Returns and warranty

Returns

The buyer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. The whole order is returned.

In the case of a change of mind, the product must be returned in full condition: unused, undamaged, complete and in its original packaging. Otherwise the return is not accepted.

A return request is submitted from the status page: state the reason and attach a photo.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with, within 5 business days of our receiving the product.

Warranty

Products carry the supplier's warranty. The warranty period and terms and the service centre are stated on the product page, in the "Terms" tab; if a product has no warranty, that is stated there too.
